Additional information regarding the Satnam appeal scheme for Peel Hall has been submitted in the form of an Environmental Statement Addendum, to be read alongside the original Environmental Statement, a Transport Assessment and revised and additional plans.
As you are aware, the proposals will deliver up to 1,200 homes, employment, a local centre and community support facilities across a phased masterplan, bringing much needed high quality and affordable homes to the area. Satnam will be investing in the local community, with a range of open space for active sports ad areas for informal use.
