Peel Hall Appeal

Additional information regarding the Satnam appeal scheme for Peel Hall has been submitted in the form of an Environmental Statement Addendum, to be read alongside the original Environmental Statement, a Transport Assessment and revised and additional plans.

As you are aware, the proposals will deliver up to 1,200 homes, employment, a local centre and community support facilities across a phased masterplan, bringing much needed high quality and affordable homes to the area. Satnam will be investing in the local community, with a range of open space for active sports and areas for informal use.

All relevant documentation, including the planning application submitted to Warrington Borough Council, is available by clicking on the name of the document you wish to access.

The documents have been available to view and download and comment on from 8 February to 9 March 2018, and the period for making any representations on the additional information is now closed. You are no longer able to comment on the documents or planning application.

Copies of the original Environmental Statement and the Environmental Statement Addendum are available to view at the Contact Centre, Buttermarket Street Warrington and at Orford Park Library.
